Q: What if I ordered an item by mistake or I change my mind?

A: We’re happy to accept a return for any reason. However, return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order, the item must be returned in the same condition as when received, and return shipping is free of charge.

We do not charge restocking fees. However, if an item is returned without accessories or components, we will deduct for these missing items.

Q: What if I received a defective item or the wrong item?

A: We apologize in advance if this should happen to you. Simply contact us and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible. There are no restocking fees and we cover any return shipping costs in these instances.

Q: Do you have a special warranty for your UPS batteries?

A: If you purchased a UPS with NEW batteries, those batteries have a one year limited warranty.  Please feel free to contact us for additional information or if you need warranty service.

Q: Do you combine shipping?

A: Yes we do. Our checkout system combines the weight of all items in your order and calculates shipping costs based on those weights. However, if shipping costs seem unusually high, please feel free to contact us and we’ll manually double check the shipping costs.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?

A: Yes, we offer free local pickup. We are generally available for same weekday pickups. If one of our listings does not include local pickup as a shipping option, please contact us through our contact form and we will quickly edit our listing to include free local pickup as a shipping option.

Q: Do you provide technical support for your items?

A: We provide free technical support. We are knowledgeable on a majority of our products and are happy to provide assistance whenever we can. However, some of our products are not within our scope of expertise.
