When Orders Ship
Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day of receipt of cleared payment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated on discounted postage rates negotiated with FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
International Shipping
We provide international shipping options through FedEx, DHL UPS and USPS. For international shipments, please contact us through our contact form for shipping quotes on any of our products.
Free Shipping Items
For items with free shipping, we reserve the right to choose which shipping carrier to use as well as which service to use.
Free Local Pickup
For all items, free local pickup is available. We are generally available for same weekday pickups.
Taxes
Residents of California, USA will be charged sales tax. Remote sales tax will be applicable during checkout if required by your state. International buyers are responsible for all import fees and duties.
Freight Service
For larger items, we use freight services. All freight costs must be calculated manually and may be purchased as a “local pickup” shipping item. You will then receive a separate invoice for freight costs.
