If you have purchased a UPS or UPS battery pack with new batteries from Adhesive Networks, then those new batteries are warranted for one year from the date of purchase. We purchase Tempest batteries from our vendor BatterySpec (San Jose, California). Our batteries are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use on a pro-rated basis.
LIMITED WARRANTY: Our battery warranty is limited in the following ways.
- ONE YEAR WARRANTY: Our warranty covers a period of one year from the date of purchase.
- PRO-RATED : We will issue a refund credit at list prices toward the remaining usage for defective batteries. For example, if a battery is defective after 7 months time, you will be credited for 5/12th of the BatterySpec’s list price for the battery at the time they were purchased.
EXCLUSIONS: This warranty is not valid if the batteries have been modified, improperly charged, improperly reinstalled, neglected, overcharged, undercharged or misused in any way. Battery cell capacity degradation due to excessive use is not covered by warranty.
