What if I ordered an item by mistake or I change my mind?
We’re happy to accept a return for any reason. However, return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order, the item must be returned in the same condition as when received, and return shipping is free of charge.
We do not charge restocking fees. However, if an item is returned without accessories or components, we will deduct for these missing items.
What if I received a defective item or the wrong item?
We apologize in advance if this should happen to you. Simply contact us and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
There are no restocking fees and we cover any return shipping costs in these instances.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. We offer free same-day local pickup of your purchased items.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes we do. Our checkout system combines the weight of all items in your order and calculates shipping costs based on those weights. However, if shipping costs seem unusually high, please feel free to contact us and we’ll manually double check the shipping costs.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on our website or the couriers website.
